Assigning Equipment to a Patron
From the "Edit patron" page, there is a link at the top called "Assign equipment". Select this link, and you will be taken to the equipment checkout page. The following is a partial screenshot of the checkout page.
Checkout Fields
The following fields appear in the checkout form.
- Equipment
- The equipment to be checked out to the patron.
- Site
- The site where the equipment will be located.
- Check In Date
- The date the equipment will be returned. The default is one year from today's date.
Assigned and Reserved Equipment
Equipment that is currently assigned, and any reservations of equipment are also shown on this page.
